Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Appointments A) All consultations must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. B) Appointments can be scheduled online via our website or by email at thedrizzlebrand@gmail.com C) You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is successfully booked. 2. Appointment Duration A) Standard consultations are 1 hour in length. B) If significant additional time is required, please notify us during booking, and additional fees may apply. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling A) Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. B) Appointments canceled or rescheduled within [48] hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a [fee/forfeiture of deposit]. C). No-shows will be charged [full/partial] consultation fee. 4. Payment Policy A) Full payment is required at the time of booking. B) If your appointment is canceled according to policy, payments are refundable or transferable.
